Lateef Chander

Co-Owner, CEO, Creative Director, Client Relations Manager

As part owner and financier Lateef brings 15 years of Service Delivery leadership and Operations management in the business process optimization (BPO) field to the team.

Initially trained in project coordination and business analysis his career path eventually lead large scale operations management with in exercise business solutions and implementations. He is currently the Director of Operations at his current place of employment

Adam Koropatkin

Co-Owner, CFO, Project and Daily Operations Manager

As part owner, monetary backer, and part-time manager Adam brings over a decade of education and research, and data and research-based methodologies to the team.

Having trained originally to be a teacher acquiring his Masters in Educational Technology in 2009, he later branched out into applied behavior analysis providing receiving his initial BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification in April 2021. He has since provided behavioral therapy and trainings to various school, in-home, and group home settings.

Richard Orpheus

Co-Owner, COO, Customer Service Manager

As part owner Richard brings over 25 years of customer service and sales experience overseer of daily operations and management to the team.

As well, he has 8 years of event planning and public speaking/performance. He has worked in higher management in multiple small businesses, helping them to develop and grow.
